Heart of Presence

Heart of Presence is a training for the new times that we live in. It is not a therapy group from the previous century, but rather a way of living in tune with your unique being and also being in touch with the new world that is unfolding around us. You will learn counseling skills, the art of being ourselves, Fearless Presence, and Living in Attunement.

The outcome is a settled, relaxed way of being yourself and allowing the gifts inside you to co-create a better world for all of us.

Presented in three 5-day modules.

Methods
Each module features inquiry, guided meditations, movement meditations in open space, and Psycho-Shamanic training. Even more, there is the gift of your own In-Tuition (self-teaching) coming awake. This training happens in the framework of the daily meditations at Osho Risk incl. the Evening Meditation.

This training is offered through Osho Risk in Denmark. Osho Risk is a meditation community in the countryside of Denmark which has been offering workshops, trainings, and retreats for the past thirty years. More information about Osho Risk at Oshorisk.dk.

INITIATION TO PRESENCE

This 5 day training is a time of transmission and teaching. In it you will learn the feel of your own Presence. Simple ways to come into it. Simple ways to share it.
Group field learning, journeys of self discovery, time for reflections, drum assisted journeys, insight talks, constellation work and meditations will be part of the program.

You will learn skills for communicating through presence with other people.

You will learn skills for recovering Connection with the natural world.

You will learn ways to come back in flow with the big Fields of Consciousness out of which we all come, the place where we all share common ground.

You will learn how to journey into the Field of Organic Unity (consciousness) and find clarity for your mind and Connection for your soul.

You will develop a simple, viable alternative to addressing the world from the disjointed psychological system of the personal past, and to offer the wholeness of your Presence as an option.

You will develop the foundations for true creativity in times of crisis.

You will learn the steady love which doesn’t come and go as emotions
